In my house, game time means Mia and I racing to the water, trail, or back to the Jeep to see who can get there the quickest! Who can find the biggest rock, the most red leaves, or the most interesting thing on our outdoor adventure!
Halls Pond, it's game time Mia! |
Yes, game time is our time to get outside and adventure!
Today, Mia and I stopped at Halls Pond on our way home, and as soon as Mia got out of the Jeep, she headed straight for the dock! Needless to say, she beat me!

Hey, what ever works! We were outside, playing, spending some quality time together. Whether she wants to fish or not, or hike, or just sit in one place watching the trees sway with the wind, it's all good to me. As long as she enjoys her time in the great outdoors, and keeps begging me for more!
And, our favorite residents of Halls Pond were there to share in our fun!

Yes, it IS my turn to play, hike, and adventure outside! It's finally warming up here in North Idaho so you will definitely be hearing about my game time. I love the picture of Mia standing on the dock with the sun on her face and the wind in her hair. To me, that's what being a kid is all about. Of course, we adults need to get outside and play too!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to reading your posts!! Your part of the country looks beautiful!
DeleteMia is always in her element when we are outside adventuring! She always chooses to be outside over indoors, and she's very insistent that we are out there every day! :)
Hey that looks like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteA ton of fun Brownie! There's nothing like a bit of "game time" after school and work! :)
